Kristi is skilled at casting vision, leading others to discover their purpose, team building, and intentional conversations. She is extremely gifted at helping individuals and teams identify their strengths and communication styles.

A former heptathlete (13 years) and member of the USA Bobsled team, Kristi early on discovered her gift and passion to push herself and others. When she retired from athletics, she built a highly successful direct sales business, applying the same principles and ideas developed as a champion athlete, 

coach, and personal trainer.

Kristi’s success in developing and leading others soon led her to presenting multiple times in front of tens of thousands of people. A naturally gifted speaker, she is at home in all circumstances, from the largest stage to small group or one-on-one mentoring. She has consulted in both the public and private sector, and is currently consulting and developing leaders in the direct sales industry.

Scott specializes in relationship and team building, “step back” analysis of situations and circumstances, and tactful conversation with leaders and members of organizations. He is especially adept at not just problem solving but also organizational repair and mending.

A published author, Scott is at home with the written word. He is known as an excellent communicator, leading multiple leadership panels 

and speaking to 25,000 plus.

In the education sector, he demonstrated exceptional leadership, successfully guiding a private school through the challenges of the COVID-19 pandemic. As the Head of Schools, he increased enrollment by 60%, transformed the school’s financial situation, and led the most successful fundraising 

campaigns in school history.

As entrepreneurs, he and his wife Kristi built a multi-million dollar business, serving as leaders of an international direct sales business. Their efforts earned them a prestigious place in the Hall of Fame of their parent company.

A champion college swim coach, his teams produced 18 conference championships, 20 top 5 finishes at the NCAA Championships, 41 national champions, and multiple NCAA record holders.

Scott currently assists organizations that are on the cusp of breakthrough, and also those that recognize the need for internal healing.
